To qualify:
- We require a minimum of 3 years'
previous experience in business-to-business and/or consultative
selling.
- Prior experience in running your own
business is highly desired, but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication
skills.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task.
- This is a career in which 20-40 years'
business experience is considered an asset, not a liability.
- Determination, creativity, passion and
sound business acumen are qualities essential for consideration
for this position.
Your major
responsibilities will include:
- Developing and securing new "business
for sale" listings through networking, direct marketing
and calling on business owners using a consultative selling
approach.
- Business Valuation, Financial Recasting
and preparation of a Marketing Package for your listings.
- Qualifying, developing and coaching
new business buyers.
- Transaction management: working with
sellers, buyers, accountants, attorneys, landlords and all related
parties for smooth and successful completion of the transaction.
